Older run down resort

It was a beautiful location. We enjoyed exploring the caves and tunnels. We didn't get into the water.

Our smoke alarm was not working, it kept beeping, The only way the guy could fix it was to remove it !! Room took a long time to cool off. AC had been left off fir a while and with the high ceiling itvwas very warm in there! D I don't feel the coolness until the next morning!

Very inexpensive local place.

It was an older run down place. Clean. Cool caves and Waterfront. Tropical Jungle landscape.

No A/C couldn't get coffee until 8 am. No hairdryer. Pool was not clean or filtering.

Pleasant

The views from The outside restaurant was fabulous and great snorkeling.

The pool was not clean and in need of a good clean up so did not use it. No breakfast because of refurbishment.

Xtabi was a good experience

The cliffs were exotic..the location was a good selection..felt really special. The staff was great..They were humble people.

I had to upgrade in order to get AC and T.V. That cut into spending money.

Peaceful

The property is very nice and clean. However. The wifi. Was trouble. In and out alday. Also, we paid extra for the T.V. and had the same issue. The cable was up but mostly down. The restaurant food was amazing. We tried several items on the menu, and each was awesome.

Not having the wifi as well as not being able to watch t.v. due to the cable being out or and down.

The restaurant had amazing food for breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed the quiet environment. The view from our cottage of the cliffs and water were phenomenal. You can walk into the caves and explore the cliffs.

What was the highlight of Xtabi Resort

We relaxed harder than I have ever relaxed before. The ocean was gorgeous,turquoise and inviting. We rented snorkeling gear and explored the caribbean seascape. The staff were professional and left us alone to chill in the caves, on the cliffs, in the water and in our room. If we needed anything they were there in a pinch. Xtabi restaurant is stunjing and the food was great. Had a fabulous time and are absolutely going back!

Omar is a great server who provides fast/ efficient service and always presents in a pleasant/welcoming mood . Donna in the office is very nice and thoughtful. The food was absolutely delicious - best JA breakfast in JA! ...and the surroundings were breathtakingl I’d stay at Xtabi again and again!

The staff was very friendly. The view was absolutely beautiful, the caves were very interesting and our room was always clean. It had a neat vibe to it, and the food was made to order.

Sitting on the veranda on the cliffs watching the sunsets. Walking right down the stairs and getting into the water for snorkeling. Outdoor shower was a blast.

The caves on the property were really cool to visit, even during the big storm. The view was pretty. The food was good. We didn't see a sunset due to the storm., although the waves crashing against the cliffs were impressive

Very laid back, exactly what we wanted. This is NOT an upscale new place, but it is clean, friendly and great for a relaxing vacation. Food & Service excellent! best place to watch sunset!
